Who I am

This site belongs to Samuel, working as Yuistudio, building websites for home service businesses. You can email me at samu@yuistudio.com or call (305) 490-7151. The mailing address is at the bottom of this page.

What gets collected when you visit

I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the page gets used: how far people scroll, which buttons they tap and where they get stuck. Clarity stores a session recording and heatmaps with that information.

Specifically: the pages you visit, how long you stay, clicks and finger or mouse movement, your device and browser type, and an approximate IP address to know the country or city. Your name, email and phone are not collected, because this site has no forms: all contact happens by phone.

Clarity automatically masks text typed into input fields. You can read Microsoft's policy at privacy.microsoft.com.

Cookies

Clarity sets cookies in your browser so the same person isn't counted twice. There's no advertising, no cross-site tracking and no selling data to anybody. If you'd rather avoid them, block third-party cookies in your browser settings or use a private window: the page works the same.

When you call or write me

If you call or email me, I keep what I need to help you: your business name, your phone, your email and whatever we discuss about the work. I use that only to answer you and do the job. I don't pass it on or sell it to anyone.

If I wrote to you first

If you got an email from me you didn't ask for, your contact details came from public sources online. Every email I send carries my name, my mailing address and a way to tell me to stop writing. If you tell me to stop, I stop, and you don't owe me an explanation.

How long it's kept

Clarity recordings delete themselves after 30 days. Emails and phone conversations I keep while there's a working relationship.

Your rights

You can ask me what I have on you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to samu@yuistudio.com and I'll do it; no form and no runaround.

Changes

If I change any of this, I update the date above. There's no fine print hiding anywhere.
